Asalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatulahi Wa Barakatuhu:

Allah Azza Wa Jall Says:

72. Indeed, those who have believed and emigrated and fought with their wealth and lives in the cause of Allah and those who gave shelter and aided – they are allies of one another. But those who believed and did not emigrate – for you there is no guardianship of them until they emigrate. And if they seek help of you for the religion, then you must help, except against a people between yourselves and whom is a treaty. And Allah is Seeing of what you do.

73. And those who disbelieved are allies of one another. If you do not do so, there will be fitnah on earth and great corruption.

74. But those who have believed and emigrated and fought in the cause of Allah and those who gave shelter and aided – it is they who are the believers, truly. For them is forgiveness and noble provision.

75. And those who believed after [the initial emigration] and emigrated and fought with you – they are of you. But those of [blood] relationship are more entitled [to inheritance] in the decree of Allah. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of all things.

[Al-Baqarah, Ayat 72-75]

Make Hijra feesabililah and join the Jihad feesabililah to gain victory and great provisions from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala.

Several restrictions have been imposed on them especially aimed for the month of ramadaan in the name of “maintaining social stability”. They carry out such cruel and oppressive actions and yet they call US “terrorists”. Brothers and sisters, please increase the awareness of the condition of these Chinese muslims among muslims all over the world. Please spread this news…!!

Thank you faleel for that article.These restrictions on the practice of Islam are spreading like wildfire all over the world which is the sad truth and not many are aware of this horror that our brothers and sisters are being subjected to. Then there are those “muslims” who have no care to the suffering of those neighboring countries who are suffering on a daily basis at the hands of cruelty. What has happend to the Ummah, did they lose their hearts,forget their Creator and make a deal with the Shaytan. These hardened hearts need to be softened!

Dear Imam, If a sister wants to make hijra and none of her mahrams want to move or her husband doesnt allow her to, what must she do? Also you know the islamic state of iraq and the islamic state of caucasus do you have to move to these places as they rule by shariayah?

My husband and I have often contemplated making hijra and moving to UAE most likely as my husband has family there. He is Canadian and I am an American convert of 8 years alhamdulillah and we have 2 kids. The only thing preventing me/making me hesitate is my mother other grandparents here (father died earlier this year). I want to keep making dawa’ to them and doing my best to fulfill the ties of kinship, especially because I’m their only source of knowing “true” Islam. I’m also scared to devastate my mother. Any thoughts, Imam Anwar? I’d really love your input and you can email me if you’d like inshallah. Ive prayed istikhaara about this since hearing your talk and am greatly seeking naseeha.

Those thinking of making Hijra to the UAE need to really consider whether this is a wise choice. Whilst there are advantages of living in a ‘Muslim’ country (e.g. Mosques, access to Hifz teaching etc), things have changed a lot here! Many are drawn into the Property Boom and thus dealing with Riba…the malls are not a place to take young children to because so many are dressed shockingly! In fact this is a question I would like to ask Shk Anwar Al Awlaki. Brother how accountable are we when we see so much Haram. A few years ago I would go up to some of these ladies and politely remind them that this is a Muslim country. Now it seems that many Muslims are dressing the same. (I am talking about obvious violation not just loose clothing!) Do we still have a duty to say anything. I called the police once and they said there was nothing they could do. Another sister commented I had no right to do this as it was the same harrassment Non-Muslims subject Muslim Sisters in the west. They further stated that the Prophet Saws never imposed dress codes on the Non-Muslims. Could you please comment. Jazakallah Khair.

Assalamo-o-alaikum sister, I hope the following ahaadith would help:
Rasool Allah Said,(Ref Kunzul Amal, Page 220)A time will come when my Ummah will be divided into two groups,one who will be steady and firm in the cause of Allah against the tyrants and the rest who will do every thing for others but Allah.

Narrated Umer Farooq Razi Allah Anho, Rasool ALLAH Sallalaho alaihey wassalam said. In the times near Qayama my Ummat will face cruelty from tyrant rulers in (religion) and Only three types of Ummati will survive (from hell fire).

First a person who understand the religion of Allah righteously and then did Jihad with heart tongue and hands and this exceeds in reward from others.

the second person who understood the religion of Allah righteously and then witness it (openly),

the third who understood the religion righteously but kept silent, if found some goodness , he liked it….and if he found someone doing evil he kept hatered in his heart (against it)but did not discloses it , hence this person because of not disclosing his likeness and dislikeness will be regarded eligible as successful.

Dear Brother, I have written the ahadith word by word as i found them, however i would try to explain them with reference to Quran Alhamdulillah.
the first Hadith I see in the context for the following Ayat.
Surah Al Imran- 179. Allâh will not leave the believers in the state in which you are now, until He distinguishes the wicked from the good. Nor will Allâh disclose to you the secrets of the Ghaib (unseen), but Allâh chooses of His Messengers whom He pleases. So believe in Allâh and His Messengers. And if you believe and fear Allâh, then for you there is a great reward.

Now you can see that establishment of two camps is in the process. And Alhamdulillah these two camps are becoming so obvious that even the Kuffar has rejected to accept Hypocracy in this regard, as said by Bush you are either with us of with them, there are Mujahideen attracting people and Zionist Kuffar attracting people, the first trial was that of Islamic govts and they have clearly given their verdict in the favor of bush. the second exam was that of Ulama, and this filtration is also almost done, I see the fatwa given by Pakistani Ulama against the Fidai(martyrdom Operation) has put them in the camp of Bush and Co. and now the final trial is that of Ummah (Masses of Muslim Population)and this is becoming very obvious with every passing day that who is standing with whom, untill we will find a camp of Momineen with no Nifaq and a camp of Munafiqeen with no Imaan. Every single one is on trial right now. May Allah help us to cling to Taifa Mansoora untill the end (amin)
Regarding Second Hadith, I would like to Qoute another Hadith meaning:
Taliqan(a place in Afghanistan) are the treasures but these are not of Gold and Silver but are men who have recognized Allah as He should have been.
These ahadith I mentioned are clear Indentification of Ataifa Mansoora who will wage Jihad and No fitan will every effect them.
the second category of People of witness means, those people who will openly witness who is on Haq and who is on Kuffer. these could be Ulama and scholars and the masses as well.
the third category is quite clear, these people will be with weak imaan who will not witness nor fight in the field but will love the Mujahideen and would hate the Kuffer.

Concept of Taifa Mansoora:
It is from the Aqeedah of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jama that they believe there will continue to be a small section from amongst the Ummah of Muhammad Sallalaho alaihey wassallam, steady upon the Haqq, not fearing those who oppose them until the day of Judgment is established. It is related upon the authority of Muawiya in Sahee Muslim that Prophet Sallalaho aliahey wassallam said.
there will continue to be a portion of my nation, firm upon the order of Allah, they are neither undeterred by those hwo desert them nor those who oppose them such will continue until Allah establish his order and they will be victorious over the people.
on the authority of Jabi Ibne Abdullah;
there will continue a group of people from my ummah, fighting upon the truth victorious until the hour is established. Isa bin Maryam will then desecend and the ameer of the Muslims will say to him, come and lead the prayer for us, he will reply, Allah has honored your nation by choosing you as leader for one another.
Surah Al-Maida. 54. O you who believe! Whoever from among you turns back from his religion (Islâm), Allâh will bring a people whom He will love and they will love Him; humble towards the believers, stern towards the disbelievers, fighting in the Way of Allâh, and never afraid of the blame of the blamers. That is the Grace of Allâh which He bestows on whom He wills. And Allâh is All­Sufficient for His creatures’ needs, All­Knower.

I’d like to reiterate Shaheedas question. As there is a state implementing Sharia existing in the Caucasus’, (which needs infastructure and manpower that we can help to provide inshAllah) - isn’t this the Khilafah? and we know that we have to give bay’aa to the amir al mumineen, and strive with our lives and wealth etc, So isn’t it fard to go there?even if your husband or mahram is not inclined to? I have put the first part of this question to you already shaykh, but would like clarity on the husband bit please? I am not a scholar, just a student of Quran and Sunnah, All I listen is Sheikh Awlaki and read Quran and Hadith with understanding. Dont miss Awlaki’s various series, they are awsome. (Life of Prophets, Life of Madina and Makkah, Constants on the Path of Jihad, Understanding the Quran,Hereafter are his famous series)
May Allah give us the true understanding of Deen and keep us firm on Imaan untill the last moment.

Is moving to a country such as Qatar or kuwait or Brunei considered a valid place to make hijrah too?

Also the last part of the talk seemed vital but rushed, could you expand on that maybe Sheikh?

Are there any other talks on Hijrah by the sheikh, does any one know?

Imam Anwar does talk about hijrah in madina period but there aren’t any more explicit lectures on this topic. how ever the bottom line is that muslims need to make hijra, for when the armies start marching towards The Roman Empire (Europe), Muslims in the west will find them selves in a very difficult situation. and with the economic break down, just how will they carry on supporting their Troops. Their days are inshaAllah numbered.
